SF1000PQ Automatic Pallet Spray Painting Workstation - Basic Operations

1. Manual Control Interface

1）Pre-spraying Delay: The time required for the pallet to travel from the feed sensor to the spray gun position.

2）Spraying Duration: The time required for the pallet to pass through the spray zone.

3）Circulation Pump Runtime: The duration the circulation pump operates once activated.

4）Circulation Pump Stop Interval: The preset duration for the circulation pump to remain idle between cycles.

5）Spray Control Access: Button to enter the spraying control sub-interface.

6）Circulation Pump Start/Stop: Manual toggle for starting or stopping the circulation pump.

7）Conveyor Jog: Manual jog control to operate the conveyor motor in short bursts.

8）Dust Extraction Start/Stop: Manual control to start or stop the axial flow fan for dust collection.

9）Single Cycle Spraying: Executes one complete spraying cycle for the current pallet in manual mode.

10）Manual Stopper Cylinder: Manual control to extend or retract the blocking (stopper) cylinder.

2.Spraying Control Interface

1）Agitation: Selection button for starting/stopping the paint agitation pump.

2）Agitation Runtime: The duration the agitator operates after being activated.

3）Agitation Interval: The idle (stop) duration between agitation cycles.

4）Workpiece Timeout Setting: This value must be set higher than the actual time it takes for a pallet to travel from the infeed sensor to the in-position sensor.

5）Jam Reset: An alarm will trigger if the pallet remains in the painting station longer than the "Workpiece Timeout Setting." Press the "Jam Reset" button to clear the alarm and restore normal operation.

6）Atomization Cut-off Delay: Controls the timing synchronization between atomization air and the spray gun trigger:

Opening: The delay between turning on atomization air and opening the spray gun.

Closing: The delay between closing the spray gun and turning off atomization air.

7）Atomization A / Spray Gun A: Individual spray gun selection toggles. Used to enable or disable specific guns during operation (Each station is equipped with 4 spray guns).
