1.Standard Operating, Commissioning, and Maintenance Procedures

This equipment is engineered with superior performance and advanced technology. To ensure maximum utilization and operational safety across various working environments, it is mandatory to read this manual thoroughly before operation.

1. Grounding Safety: Ensure the equipment is effectively and securely grounded before power-on.

2. Professional Training: Operators must undergo professional training provided by our company and achieve a full understanding of the equipment’s functions and controls before use.

3. Personal Safety & Attire: Personal accessories are potential hazards for severe injury. Before startup:

Remove watches, bracelets, and jewelry.

Fasten cuffs tightly and束 tie back long hair.

Remove neckties and avoid wearing loose clothing or slippers.

4. Clearance Check: Confirm that no personnel or foreign objects are beneath the swing arm area before starting the machine.

5. Rotation Verification: Verify that the motor’s rotation direction is consistent with the equipment's specified direction.

6. Safety Guards: Ensure all safety protection devices are correctly positioned and that all cabinet/access doors are securely closed.

7. Maintenance Lockout: Before replacing saw blades, cleaning, or performing repairs, you must shut down the machine, disconnect the power supply (Lockout/Tagout), and display dedicated warning signs to alert surrounding personnel.

8. Routine Upkeep: Regular maintenance is critical. Keeping the internal work surfaces clean and the surrounding floor area tidy is a prerequisite for ensuring processing precision and extending the machine's service life.

2. Basic Equipment Operation

(1) Specification Adjustment

1.Conveying Mechanism: Adjust the spacing of the conveying mechanism based on the pallet width. Ensure that the pallet can enter the workstation smoothly and that the four corners are cut to consistent dimensions when the saw blades extend.

2.Sawing Base Position: Adjust the position of the sawing base according to the pallet length and the desired corner-cut size. To adjust, loosen the locking screws and rotate the handwheel.

3.Side-Push Mechanism: Adjust the position of the side-push mechanism to ensure the side-push plate is accurately aligned with the middle block (stringer) of the pallet.

(2) Trial Run

1.Pneumatic Supply: Connect the air source.

Note: Ensure the air supply is dry and the volume is sufficient for continuous operation.

2.Pressure Calibration: Adjust the pressure gauge to the required range for operation (Standard working pressure: 0.6 MPa).

3.Power On: Turn the power control knob to the "ON" position to energize the system.

3.3. Startup Precautions

1.Pre-Shift Inspection: Before starting each shift, inspect all moving components for any abnormalities. Ensure all identified issues are fully resolved before putting the equipment into operation.

2.Electrical & Rotation Check: Conduct a thorough inspection to confirm the electrical systems are functional. Switch on the power and verify that the motor rotation direction is correct.

3.Alarm Reset: Clear all active alarms and safety triggers (such as Emergency Stop (E-Stop), safety door interlocks, etc.) before initiating operation.

4.Specification Verification: Confirm that the equipment width is correctly set to match the specific pallet model currently scheduled for production.
