SF4060 Automatic wood pallet collar production line

This is one of the 2 machines we delivered to the Lithuanian market. Standard machine include board storage, automatic feeding, drilling and rivet inserting, flipping over, riveting, heat stamping and stacking. Machine can make 10pcs/min with one person.

          
In response to customer requirements, we made some modifications to the standard machine, adding double-sided sawing and roller outfeeding functions.

At present, machines have  been matched with the customer's sawing line and put into use.
