This equipment is suitable for batch processing of wood and can be used for the preparation of wood materials in the early stage of the equipment, or for the drying and sorting of wood materials. It has high operating efficiency, simple operation, and is controlled by computer. It can be set to the number and height of stacks.
I.Operating Precautions
This is a high-performance and advanced equipment. Before operating, it is necessary to carefully read the equipment manual to operate and maintain the equipment reasonably in various working environments and ensure maximum safety.
1. Ensure that the equipment is effectively grounded.
2. Personal belongings can cause serious injuries. Before starting, put watches, bracelets, etc. away, fasten cuffs, tie up long hair, remove ties, and do not wear slippers.
3. Never process too small or too large workpieces. The feed speed of the workpiece should be determined according to specific circumstances and do not use the equipment at excessive speed or overload.
4. Check if all safety protection devices are in place, then close all doors.
5. Before conducting cleaning or maintenance work, stop the machine and cut off the power supply, and use special warning signs to alert the surrounding staff.
6. Regularly clean the equipment to keep the internal working surfaces clean and the surrounding ground tidy. This is an important prerequisite for ensuring the processing accuracy of the equipment and extending its service life.
II. Basic Operation of the Equipment
1. Connect the air source and adjust it to the required pressure for the equipment to operate;
2. Close the main power switch in the distribution cabinet;
3. Turn on the power switch knob;
4. Press the start button;
(If it is the first time to start the equipment, perform the following operations: press the motor start button, immediately press the motor stop button, and observe the feeding direction of the outfeed platform. If it is reverse, the equipment needs to be stopped and powered off, and then the external power line sequence needs to be changed; if it is forward, continue working)
5. Place the partition at the hopper position, and put the sheet material into the climbing machine (the process is different when the equipment is connected or not connected), stack it, and repeat this cycle of work;
6. After the work is completed, rotate the power switch on the control panel to 0, close the power switch button, and cut off the air source.
III. Maintenance and Lubrication of the Equipment
1. Lubrication every shift
Clean the equipment, the surface of the feeding worktable should not have dust;
Remove the dust from the electrical control box;
Check the compressed air filter, remove the condensate and other impurities and water in it;
Check the upper feeding track to ensure normal operation;
Check the tension of the chain to see if it meets the requirements;
Follow the instructions on the equipment label and the equipment lubrication requirements to add lubricating oil and grease;
Replace damaged and defective parts in time to ensure the equipment operates continuously, safely and effectively.
2. Lubrication of the equipment
Lubricate according to the instructions on the equipment label and the equipment lubrication requirements, use 32# guide rail oil for the oil pump;
When lubricating, use a brush to clean the oil nozzle to prevent debris from entering;
When lubricating the bearings with grease, the filling amount should be appropriate, generally 1/3 to 1/2 of the space between the bearing and the housing;
Lubrication of the bearings should be carried out when the power supply and air source of the equipment are cut off, and after lubrication, rotate the equipment for several minutes by hand to balance the grease in the bearings, do not start the equipment at high speed immediately;
When lubricating with engine oil, choose according to the different seasons and temperatures;
When lubricating with engine oil, the waste oil must be properly handled to avoid polluting the environment.
