C: The overall deviation is irregular - check if the photoelectric lines or brackets are loose; check if the photoelectric mirror is stained and clean it with alcohol regularly.
2.The gantry does not move after pressing the start button
A: Observe if there is an alarm on the touch screen; if so, solve the alarm problem first
B: Check if the gantry has returned to zero
C: Check if the panel stacking and the gantry hand/auto toggle switch are pointing to automatic
D: Check if the touch screen shows a pause message; then press the reset button
E: If the emergency stop button is pressed during operation, restart the production process; the reset button cannot be used
3.The gantry stops near the far limit point after nailing
According to the alarm prompt on the touch screen, handle the following situations:
A: The mold lifting cylinder has not detected that the cylinder has returned to its original position
(1) The cylinder has descended, but the magnetic switch is not lit; adjust the position of the magnetic switch; if it still does not light up, consider that the magnetic quick-close is damaged or the circuit is not connected
(2) The cylinder has not descended; check if the indicator light of the cylinder electromagnetic valve is on; if it is on, check if the air pipe has air and if the mold is stuck; if it is off, the electromagnetic valve is damaged or the circuit is not connected
B: The nail gun has not returned to its original position
Check if the magnetic switches of the up and down cylinders of the nail gun are lit; if not, change the position of the magnetic switch; if it still does not light up, consider that the magnetic switch circuit is loose or damaged
C: The stacking reaches the full stack quantity
Press the outflow button to send the tray out
D: The stacking mechanism is not ready
(1) Observe if the lifting platform has dropped, and if the lower limit switch indicator light is on; if the switch is not on, set the stacking automatic toggle switch to manual and manually operate the platform to make the switch indicator light on to fix the switch
4.The equipment does not operate, neither the manual nor the automatic buttons work
A: The emergency stop switch on the touch screen activates
Release the emergency stop switch
B: The touch screen shows an alarm "Nailing servo alarm"
Disconnect the power for 30 seconds before reconnecting; if this situation occurs frequently, open the distribution cabinet to check the alarm parameters of the servo drive
Then, according to the servo drive manual, check the specific situation and follow the instructions for handling
5. The stacking motor does not operate
A: Check if the travel switch for stacking detection of the tray is normal and if there is signal output; if not, check the circuit and damage of the travel switch
B: Check if the stacking motor has overheated or if the air switch has tripped
C: Check if the AC contactor is attracted
6. The position of the gantry changes
A: The tension of the chain on both sides of the gantry is different
7. The stacking does not fall back after rising
A: Check if the light of the upper limit magnetic switch after stacking is on
B: Check if the action of the stacking rod is correct; if the magnetic switch light on the cylinder is on (if the screw is loose or position is changed)
