Safety Instructions
1. Ensure the machine is properly grounded before use.
2. Always wear safety goggles before operating the machine.
3. Personal accessories are a leading cause of serious injury. Before starting the machine, remove watches, bracelets, and similar items; fasten sleeve cuffs, tie back long hair, remove neckties, and refrain from wearing open-toed footwear.
4. Ensure the gripper travel path is free of obstructions and that no collision risk exists before starting the machine.
5. Verify that the motor rotation direction matches the direction specified by the machine requirements.
6. Check that all safety guards are in place, then close all access doors. Reset the safety light curtain before proceeding.
7. Before performing any cleaning or maintenance work, shut down the machine and disconnect the power supply. Use designated warning signs to alert nearby personnel.
8. Perform regular maintenance on the machine. Keeping all internal working surfaces and the surrounding floor area clean is essential for maintaining machining accuracy and extending the service service life of the equipment.
Basic Machine Operation
1. Adjust the working specifications as required.
2. Connect the air supply. (Ensure the air supply is dry and the flow volume is sufficient.)
3. Adjust the pressure regulator so that the air pressure falls within the range required for nailing operations (working pressure: 0.6 MPa), then turn on the power control switch.
4. Parameter settings: All parameters have been configured and finalized during installation and commissioning. No further adjustment is necessary when changing specifications or during normal production runs.
5. Start-up Checklist:
(1) Before the start of each shift, lubricate the machine's lubrication system. The machine is equipped with an automatic oiling system for the guide rail sliders, which dispenses lubricant automatically for a set duration each time the machine is powered on. The oiling duration can be adjusted as needed.
(2) Inspect all mechanical components for abnormalities. Confirm that all electrical systems are functioning correctly, then turn on the power.
(3) Clear all active alarms before operation — including emergency stop alarms and safety light curtain alarms.
(4) Navigate to the production interface, click "Servo Enable", then click "Return to Home Position" (applicable to either the X-axis or Z-axis).
(5) Load the timber material and press the Start button to begin production.
