I. Operating Precautions
1. Ensure that the equipment is connected to the ground wire.
2. Personal belongings can cause serious injuries. Before starting the machine, place watches, bracelets, etc. properly, fasten the cuffs, tie up long hair, remove ties, and do not wear slippers.
3. Never process too small or too large workpieces. The feed speed of the workpiece should be determined according to specific circumstances. Do not use the equipment at excessive speed or under excessive load.
4. Check if all safety protection devices are in place, then close all doors.
5. Before conducting cleaning or maintenance work, stop the machine and cut off the power supply, and use special warning signs to alert the surrounding workers.
6. Regularly clean the equipment to keep the internal working surfaces clean and the surrounding ground tidy. This is an important prerequisite for ensuring the processing accuracy of the equipment and extending its service life.
7. Regularly maintain the equipment.
II. Basic Operating Procedures
1. Close the main power supply in the distribution cabinet;
2. Turn on the power switch knob;
3. Adjust the milling cutter processing width according to the specifications of the processed sheet;
4. Press the motor start button once, then press it again after 5 seconds, wait for 18 seconds;
(If it is the first time to start the equipment, perform the following operations: press the motor start button, then press the motor stop button immediately, observe the rotation direction of the tool. If it is reverse, stop the machine and cut off the power supply, then change the external power line sequence; if it is forward, continue working)
5. Continuously place the sheet into the hopper, the lifting device will successively transport the sheet to the alignment plate. When the sensor detects that the alignment plate is filled with wood, the lifting device motor stops working. Rotate the feeding knob to the automatic feeding state, the pusher cylinder starts to push the material. When the sensor detects that there is only one sheet of material left in the alignment plate, the pusher cylinder stops working. At this time, the lifting device continues to automatically place the sheet into the alignment plate. When the sensor detects the material for 2 seconds, the pusher cylinder continues to push the material, and the processed sheet is taken away from the rear side of the equipment. Work in a cycle.
6. After the work is completed, press the stop button for operation, and cut off the power switch knob.
III. Equipment Maintenance
1.After each shift of work
1) Clean the equipment, the surface of the feeding worktable should not have dust;
2) Remove dust from the electrical control box;
3) Check the compressed air filter, remove the condensate and other impurities and water in it;
4) Check the upper feeding track to ensure normal operation;
5) Check the tension of the transmission belt to see if it meets the requirements;
6) Follow the indications on the equipment label and the equipment lubrication requirements, add lubricating oil and grease;
7) Replace damaged or defective parts in time. Ensure the equipment operates continuously, safely and effectively.
2.Equipment Lubrication
1) Follow the instructions on the equipment labels and the equipment lubrication requirements for lubrication;
2) During lubrication, use a brush to clean the oil ports to prevent debris from entering;
3) When lubricating bearings with grease, the amount of grease should be moderate, generally filling the space between the bearing and the housing to 1/3 to 1/2;
4) Lubrication of bearings should be carried out when the power supply and air source of the equipment are cut off. After lubrication, rotate the equipment by hand for several minutes to evenly distribute the grease in the bearings and do not immediately start the equipment at high speed;
5) When lubricating with engine oil, select it according to the different seasonal temperatures;
6) When lubricating with engine oil, the waste oil must be properly handled to avoid polluting the environment.
