1. Equipment Installation and Operational Requirements

This equipment features high performance and advanced manufacturing processes. Operators must read this manual thoroughly before use to understand the functions and roles of each component. This ensures proper operation, maintenance, and maximum safety and stability under various working environments.

1)Grounding: Ensure the machine is effectively and securely grounded.

2)PPE (Personal Protective Equipment): Safety goggles must be worn at all times during operation.

3)Personal Safety: Personal belongings (watches, necklaces, jewelry, etc.) are frequent causes of serious injury. Remove all such items before starting the machine. Ensure cuffs are tightened, long hair is secured/tied back, ties are removed, and do not wear loose footwear or slippers.

4)Path Clearance: Verify that the gantry running track is free of obstacles to prevent collisions during machine startup.

5)Motor Verification: Confirm that the motor rotation direction is consistent with the equipment's specified requirements.

6)Safety Guards: Check that all safety protection devices are in place and ensure all cabinet doors/covers are securely closed.

7)Maintenance Protocol: Power must be disconnected before performing any cleaning or maintenance work. Warning signs must be placed to alert surrounding personnel.

8)Housekeeping: Regularly clean the internal working surfaces and maintain a tidy floor area around the machine. This is a prerequisite for machining precision and extended service life.

9)Lubrication: Bearings and sliding components must be lubricated periodically to ensure smooth operation and durability.

2. Basic Equipment Operation

2.1 Air and Power Supply Requirements

1).Air Quality: The air source must be dry, stable, and free of contaminants. An independent air storage tank with a capacity of at least 1m³ is recommended.

2).Pressure Regulation:

Adjust the main air source regulator to 0.7–0.8 MPa.

Adjust internal secondary air regulators to 0.6–0.7 MPa (matching nailing requirements).

3).Electrical Configuration: Properly configure the power supply lines in strict accordance with the manual’s electrical specifications.

2.2 Specification and Mold Adjustment Adjust the molds and nailing positions based on the actual pallet dimensions. The molds and nailing units nearest to the electrical cabinet typically remain fixed; adjustments should be made from the opposite side:

1)Stringer Fixture Adjustment: Adjust the width of the stringer fixtures. The adjusted width should be 2-3mm wider than the actual width of the stringers to facilitate smooth entry.

2)Mold Positioning: Loosen the mold fixing screws and use the crank handle to adjust the mold positions, ensuring the molds align precisely with the actual stringer layout of the pallet.

3)Bottom Board Alignment: Adjust the position of the bottom board positioning components based on the required placement of the pallet's bottom boards.

4)Station 2 Configuration: Adjust the mold width of Station 2 and the panel positioning components according to the pallet width and panel positions.

5)Nail Gun & Gantry Adjustment:

Loosen the gantry fastening screws and adjust the nail gun height based on the pallet height.

In the Manual Operation interface, lower the nail guns and use the "Gantry Forward" button on the main panel to move the gantry slowly until the nail gun guard touches the first board.

Adjust the gantry height (ensure gantry locking handles on both sides are loosened first) so that the nail gun guard just touches the panel, or maintains an ideal gap of 1-2mm from the template.

Fine-tuning: If the heights of the four nail guns are inconsistent, use the adjustment screws (turning the screw downward raises the gun; turning it upward lowers the gun).

Lateral Alignment: Loosen the set screws on the nail gun mounting plate, align the gun nozzles with the center of the pallet stringers, and retighten the screws.

6)Nailing Sensor Calibration: Adjust the position of the nailing sensor plates to ensure they are accurately aligned with the specified nailing points.

7)Stacking Rail Adjustment: Adjust the position of the stacking chain guide rails to ensure pallets can enter the stacking area without obstruction.
