Adjustment and Maintenance of the Equipment

Power off and stop the machine before adjustment or maintenance. (Note: The machine must be stopped)

1.1 Adjustment of Processing Specifications

The equipment must be adjusted when changing to different board specifications.

1.1.1 Adjusting Processing Dimensions (Touchscreen)

Figure 1-1

Determine processing dimensions according to requirements; enter total board length and ABCD points (lowest point of cutting arc) on the touchscreen.

Do not change values on other interfaces arbitrarily; keep records to prevent errors after changes.

1.1.2 Adjusting the Width of the Hopper and Side Pressure Material

Figure 1-3 Figure 1-4 Figure 1-5 Figure 1-6

Adjust the position of the discharge hopper baffle according to the board length (Figure 1-2).

Adjust inlet hopper width and side pressure width (about 5mm wider than the board) (Figures 1-3, 1-4, 1-5).

1.1.3 Adjusting the Height of the Front Stopper Plate of the Inlet Hopper

Adjust the front hopper baffle height according to the board thickness (Figure 1-6).

1.1.4 Adjusting Milling Cutter Spacing (See Section 1.3)

1.1.5 Adjusting Milling Depth

Adjust milling depth according to requirements (standard: 1/2 of board height). Adjust proximity switches as shown (Figure 1-7), ensuring 3-5mm distance from the induction plate.

1.2 Tension Adjustment of Chains and V-Belts

1.2.1 Tension Adjustment of the Main Chain

When the main chain becomes loose, loosen the motor fixing screws (Figure 1-9) and allow the motor to fall freely to tension the chain. Align fixing slots and tighten screws (Figure 1-10).

1.2.2 Tension Adjustment of the Conveyor Chain

When the conveyor chain becomes loose, remove the yellow cover (Figure 1-8) and adjust the tensioning screws on both sides.

1.2.3 Tension Adjustment of V-Belts

When the V-belt is loose or worn, remove the yellow cover (Figure 1-11) and adjust the motor plate screws to tension. Ensure consistent bolt height.

Replace worn or damaged cutters promptly. Sharpen at specialized facilities; scrap severely damaged ones.

Milling cutter disassembly and assembly steps:

Step 1: Remove the four screws from the yellow disk (Figure 1-12) and remove the entire disk.

Step 2: Loosen the locking sleeve screws (Figure 1-13).

Step 3: Remove the outer cutter, the spacer sleeve (each marked with size, Figure 1-14), and finally the inner cutter.

Replace the spacer sleeve if processing dimensions change (e.g., 100mm width uses 49mm sleeve; 110mm width uses 59mm sleeve).

Step 4: Reinstall the cutter or spacer sleeve in reverse order and tighten screws.

Caution: Milling cutters have sharp blades; handle with care. Do not use blunt tools for striking; use a rubber mallet. Use dedicated tools for screws and nuts; do not over-tighten.
