1.Machine Transport

When handling with a forklift, ensure sufficient load capacity. Fork width must match the machine base; forks must extend beyond the body. Avoid surface damage or base impact.

2.Installation of the Machine

1) Mechanical Structure Setup

2) Electrical Wiring & Grounding Ensure main power capacity and voltage match equipment requirements.

Cable: ≥4mm² copper (recommended). Overcurrent protection: ~40A. Equipment must be reliably grounded. Connect cables to terminals; check motor rotation.

Note: Wiring must follow the provided electrical schematic. The electrical system should be installed and maintained by qualified electricians.

3）Compressed Air Connection

Ensure dry, sufficient air supply for optimal performance.

Parameters:

Supply Pipe ID: ≥Φ10mm

Air Pressure: 0.5–0.8 MPa

Consumption: 0.02 m³/min

Note: Refer to the pneumatic schematic and the FRL units (mounted on both sides) for component principles and operation.

4) Air Filter & Lubricator

Filter: Separates water/dust. Monitor via transparent bowl and drain manually.

Lubricator: Adjustable oil mist for pneumatic protection.

Regulator: Set pressure to 0.6 MPa. Pull knob to adjust, push to lock.

5) Emergency Stop (E-Stop)

Action: Press red mushroom button for immediate stop. Indicator lights up.

Reset: Manually return swing arm; verify safety before restarting linked devices.

Caution: Emergency use only. Frequent use shortens button lifespan.

6) Motor Protection

Overload: Automatic protection included.

Reset: Clear fault and press the black button on the thermal overload relay.
