Power Wiring

Use 4mm2+ cable for three-phase 480V/60Hz + ground (Figure 2.1).

Connecting to Air Source

Connect air source via F8 pipe; adjust pressure to 0.5-0.7 MPa (Figure 2.2).

Equipment Setup and Operation

1: Turn on power after connecting air/power; indicator light will shine.

2: Verify motor rotation. Swap live wires in cabinet if incorrect. (Ensure correct rotation before installing blade).

3: Adjust guide, blade angle, and height; lock bolts securely to prevent loosening during operation.

4: Switch manual/auto via knob. Use manual to test with templates when changing wood specifications.

5: In auto mode, wood is clamped and processed automatically. Platform returns to home after processing.

6: Press E-stop in case of emergency; release after troubleshooting.

7: NEVER open cabinet or cover doors while machine is running to avoid injury.
