SF9026 (Pallet Production Line) Pre-installation Equipment Placement and Electrical Wiring

Feb 03, 2026
  1. Place the components of the production line in sequence as shown in the diagram.
  2. Adjust the distance between components based on the actual pallet size. The distance between the nailer and the stacking machine should be approximately 1.2m, and the distance between the stacker and the discharge section should be about 0.55m.
  3. If the floor is uneven, adjust the equipment's leveling bolts at the bottom to ensure the equipment is properly leveled.

Note: When using a forklift to move the machine tool, ensure the forklift has a sufficient load capacity. The width of the forklift forks should match the machine body width, and the fork length should be sufficient to extend beyond the machine body for proper placement.

Electrical Wiring and Grounding:

  1. Ensure the workshop's main power supply can meet the electrical needs of the machine tool, and check that the main voltage matches the working voltage of the machine. The cable cross-section should be determined based on the total capacity of the machine. For this machine model, we recommend using copper cables with a cross-section greater than or equal to 4mm². The overcurrent protection device should be set to a protection current of around 20A.
  2. Ensure the machine must be reliably grounded.
  3. The connection between the different components of the equipment and the main electrical box uses aviation plugs. Ensure the aviation plugs are correctly matched and securely connected, as shown in the diagram.pic2.png
  4. Determine the cable entry points according to the production plan and connect the cables to the machine’s terminal blocks at the marked positions in the diagram.

Note: When wiring, the user should follow the electrical schematic diagram provided with the equipment. The electrical system of the machine should be wired and maintained by a well-trained electrician.

Compressed Air Connection to the Machine:

Ensure the workshop's air supply meets the machine’s requirements. Only with sufficient air supply can the machine perform optimally. The compressed air supplied should be dry, free of water, and meet the following machine parameters:

Internal diameter of the air supply pipe ≥ Ф25mm

Air pressure: 0.7–0.8 MPa

Refer to the machine's pneumatic schematic diagram and the air source treatment unit (located under the machine body and on both sides of the air storage tank) to understand the principles and operations of the following pneumatic components.

To ensure the nail gun operates properly and to extend its lifespan, the equipment uses dual air filtration and an independent lubrication system.

Main Air Source Processor:

This device integrates the filter, oil mist lubricator, and pressure regulator into one unit, ensuring that the entire air system receives dry and clean air. The water and dust separated by the system are clearly visible in the transparent glass cup. The user should monitor the amount of water and dust and discharge it by opening the valve at the bottom of the cup.
This unit is the main air source processor for the equipment. The pressure gauge on the right side connects to the external air source. Adjust the pressure regulator to set the pressure between 0.65-0.8 MPa.

Nail Gun Lubrication System:

The production line is equipped with an automatic lubrication system for the nail gun, ensuring the nail gun receives adequate lubrication and extends its lifespan. The system consists of an oil reservoir, solenoid valve, one-way valve, and oil pipes, controlled by the PLC for automatic oil supply. The air pressure supplied to this system must be greater than 0.1 MPa above the equipment system's pressure. The oil supply cycle occurs after a certain number of pallets have been made (this number can be set on the touch screen). The lubrication system operates from the first pallet produced and continues after every set number of pallets are completed in the next cycle. The oil reservoir’s oil level should be checked frequently, and if refilling is needed, the air source should be turned off, and the internal air should be purged. Then, open the oil reservoir to refill it, ensuring the oil cup is carefully installed to avoid leaks. Slowly open the air source and check for any oil leakage.

Machine Air and Power Connection:

  1. Connect the air source (ensure the air supply is dry and sufficient).
  2. Adjust the pressure gauge to ensure the air pressure falls within the required range for nail punching.
Set the main air source processor pressure to 0.65-0.8 MPa.
  3. Turn on the power switch and close the circuit breaker.
